Does Blissyneck have a physical shop?

No. Blissyneck is an online-only store.All orders are placed directly on our website, which allows us to:

  • Offer a wider, constantly updated product range

  • Maintain competitive pricing without middlemen

Shipping & Delivery

📦 We offer free tracked delivery on all orders to the United Kingdom.

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days

  • Shipping time: 7-14 business days (average)

  • Carriers: We work with international partners that collaborate with Royal Mail and other high quality delivery companies for final delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.


Do you offer free shipping?

✅ Yes. Delivery is completely free for all UK orders.


How can I track my order?

1️⃣ After checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

2️⃣ Once shipped, a second email will include your tracking number.

3️⃣ Go to our Track My Order page on the site.

4️⃣ Enter your tracking number (not your order number starting with "HB-").

My order seems delayed

Typical delivery: 7-14 working days.Delays can occur during holidays, customs clearance, or high-volume periods.

  • Address incomplete or invalid

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • National postal delays

If 15 business days have passed with no update, please reach out to us.


Order marked as delivered but not received

Please first:

1️⃣ Check with your neighbours or household members.

2️⃣ Contact your local post office - parcels can be held there temporarily.

If 3 working days have passed since it was marked delivered, email us at help@blissyneck.com for assistance.


🔄 Exchanges & Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return costs are the customer's responsibility (except if the product is defective).

Once we receive and verify the item, we'll issue a refund or exchange within 14 days.


How do I request a return or exchange?

3️⃣ Follow the instructions sent by our team.

We'll guide you step by step through the process.


Why isn't there a return form in my parcel?

To reduce waste, we do not include printed forms.You'll receive all return details digitally when contacting us.


Refund timeline

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days via your original payment method.

If your refund hasn't appeared after this period, contact your bank first, then email us.


Damaged or defective item

1️⃣ Take clear photos of the damaged product.

2️⃣ Send them to help@blissyneck.com with your order number.

If the defect is confirmed, you will not need to return the product - a replacement will be sent free of charge.


Cancel or modify an order

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase.After this, it enters processing and cannot be changed.

If you need to add an item or change your address after that window, please place a new order.


What if I exceed the 30-day return window?

How do I place an order?

3️⃣ Click "Add to Cart"

4️⃣ Go to checkout and enter your details

5️⃣ Apply your discount code (if available)

6️⃣ Confirm your order and complete payment

You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately after.


I haven't received a confirmation email

Check your Spam or Junk folder.If you still don't find it after 20 minutes, contact help@blissyneck.com and our team will resend it.


Where can I find my order number?

It's shown in your confirmation email.If you didn't receive it, we can locate your order by email address.


Missing or wrong item

Some orders may ship in separate parcels with different tracking numbers.If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
